My success thus far in this business can be summed up with one word: sweat.  I learned early on in my days as a walk-on to the University of Connecticut Div. 1 football team what that word really means.  5 years later I graduated having earned a full athletic scholarship, being named an Academic All-American, and being a Captain my senior year.  I immediately turned my efforts towards building a successful financial services business and learned that the same values that had given me success in football also applied here.  Hard work.  Leadership.  Extra effort.  Teamwork.  Education.  Those values are what drive the decision we make daily, and will guide us as our business changes and grows.
